United Global (Uniglobe) Volunteers International is an International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), an essential driver of progress. We act as engines of growth, harnessing opportunities to fuel social and economic growth through volunteers’ programs. We tap inspiration, creativity, courage and fortitude, to seize opportunities that challenge and forever change established, but fundamentally inequitable systems.
We combine effort of time, energy and resources towards projects empowering communities. Choosing the neediest people in our communities is a fundamental entity that will reflect the knowledge of every individual who participates in our programs. Continuing the trend of providing quality service is a must to build a high level of outstanding generations. “If we are to achieve results never before accomplished, we must expect to employ methods never before attempted, creating a solid link between development, volunteers and the target communities.

Effective leadership inspires, motivates, and guides individuals and groups toward common goals. Governance, on the other hand, ensures that systems and institutions operate fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of the people.
Our program's seek to involve different groups to learn, share and experience the need of been part of key decision making. If we are to transform our society, then we must participate in not only choosing effective leaders but also holding accountable bad governance. It starts with capacity building and getting involved.

Our health is one of the most important things in life. It affects our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Being proactive in health means taking steps to improve ones health before getting sick. Our community programe include medical checkups, awareness, and precautions taken by medics in partnership with health institutions. Volunteers are attached to health institutions and related facilities. To participate, one must be a skilled doctor, nurse, or health worker.

Youth and women representation in politics and leadership in Africa should not only be part of our treaties but must be implemented. As an organization we will continue with community capacity building as we push governments and political parties to honor existing policies towards its realization
There is need to increase representation of minority groups in political leadership. We cannot continue to ignore that women, youth’s and PLWDs are part of our society. Injustice to any person or group is injustice to all.
We work with related organizations to reach vulnerable people stuck in poverty, we are committed to providing services to any opportunity without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, nationality, citizenship, veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation or any other category protected by the Kenyan Law or universal declaration of human rights.
